This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data and media collected by Strs via https://strs.app. It describes what data we collect, how uploaded photos and generated videos are processed, and your privacy choices.

1. Handling of Your Personal Data & Photos

  • Account Information: Email address collected during registration to deliver your rendered Full HD videos and manage your studio access.
  • Uploaded Selfies & Source Photos: Photographs you upload are processed solely by our automated GPU rendering pipeline to map your likeness into the video template you selected. We do not use your photos to train public foundation models, and we never publish your uploads or rendered videos to a public gallery.
  • Template & Platform Preferences: Selected video templates and target social platform preferences (such as TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or VK Clips) used to configure aspect ratio and export settings.
  • Automated Telemetry: IP address, device operating system, browser specifications, and interaction telemetry to ensure service security and prevent abuse.
  • Payment Transactions: Processed directly via certified PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. We never store raw card credentials.

2. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Your photos and personal data are never sold to third-party marketing firms or data brokers. We share data solely with trusted infrastructure providers necessary to operate our service (encrypted cloud storage, isolated GPU rendering nodes, payment gateways, and customer support platforms).

3. Cookie Usage

We use session and persistent cookies strictly to maintain user authentication, remember your selected template in the render queue, and gather anonymous platform performance metrics.

4. Age Requirement

Our service is strictly intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Data or photos inadvertently uploaded by or depicting minors will be promptly deleted upon notice.

5. Data Retention & Right to Erasure

We retain uploaded photos and rendered video files only as long as required to provide your active studio account and re-download archive. You can delete individual uploads or request complete erasure of your account, source selfies, and rendered videos at any time by contacting [email protected].
