Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) outline the legal agreement between you and Strs (“we”, “our”, or “us”), regarding your use of our AI video generation platform and creative studio (the “Product”) available at https://strs.app.

By accessing or using our Product, you confirm that you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Product. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; changes take effect immediately upon publication.

1. AI Media & Content Rules

1.1. The Product generates synthetic vertical video clips by combining user-uploaded photographs (“Source Photos”) with pre-designed cinematic and viral video templates.

1.2. You represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights to the Source Photos you upload, or have obtained explicit consent from the depicted adult individual. You may not upload photos of minors, non-consensual imagery, unlawful content, or material that infringes third-party publicity or intellectual property rights.

1.3. You are solely responsible for how you publish, share, or distribute videos exported from the Product on social media platforms (including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and VK Clips).

2. License to Use

2.1. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Product and export generated videos for your personal and creator social media channels, subject to compliance with these Terms.

2.2. All underlying scene templates, rendering pipelines, software, and site design remain protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2.3. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, resell raw templates, or use automated bots to abuse rendering queues or starter balances.

3. Account Registration & Age Requirement

3.1. You must create an account, provide an accurate email address, and set a password to receive your starter balance and manage your rendered videos.

3.2. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Product. Accounts registered by or for minors will be promptly removed upon discovery.

3.3. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Coins, Starter Balance & Packages

4.1. Per-Second Coin Deduction: Video generation is billed from your coin balance at a rate of 1.15 coins per second of rendered video. Current templates run 10 to 15 seconds (11.50 to 17.25 coins per clip).

4.2. Starter Test Balance: Upon setting your account password for the first time, your account is credited with a one-time promotional balance of 20 coins (17.39 seconds of calculated balance, sufficient for 1 video of 10-15 seconds).

4.3. Coin Packages: Additional coins can be purchased in packages:

  • Starter ($9.90 USD): 50 coins (43.48 equivalent seconds, up to 43 usable seconds, or 2-4 videos at $0.228/sec).
  • Regular ($24.90 USD): 139 coins (120.87 equivalent seconds, up to 120 usable seconds, or 8-12 videos at $0.206/sec).
  • Max ($49.90 USD): 333 coins (289.57 equivalent seconds, up to 289 usable seconds, or 19-28 videos at $0.172/sec).

5. Refund Policy Summary

Refunds are granted when a valid payment was completed but purchased coins or technical access to paid studio features were not provided (an “Access Issue”) and cannot be resolved within 14 business days. Review our full Refund Policy.
