Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to payments made for access to Strs via https://strs.app.

If you believe you have an access issue, contact us at [email protected] and our care desk will review your case.

1. Refund Eligibility & Access Issues

You are eligible for a refund only if you completed a valid payment but did not receive access to the paid Product features (an “Access Issue”).

After you report an Access Issue, we will take all reasonable technical steps to resolve it within 14 (fourteen) business days. If the issue cannot be resolved in that period, we will issue a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not issued in the following situations:

• You were unable to use the Product for reasons outside our direct control (e.g. personal internet connection errors or device browser incompatibility).
• You chose not to use some or all paid features after access was successfully provided.
• You did not start or complete any available astrological content, synastry readings, or charts included with your access.
• You disagreed with or disliked the astrological interpretations, personality descriptions, or compatibility percentages delivered in your reading.

3. Voluntary Termination & Cancellations

If you voluntarily terminate your use of the Product or cancel your recurring subscription, payments already processed remain non-refundable. Cancellation prevents any future subscription renewals from charging your payment method.

4. Service Discontinuation

If we permanently discontinue the Product or terminate access for reasons unrelated to user breach, you will receive a proportional refund for the unused days of your active billing period.
